Return & Refund Policy – NourCelle Store

Thank you for shopping with NourCelle Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned. These may include:

  • Cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

If any exceptions apply, please specify them at checkout or product listing.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Packaging details

  • Order number

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship it back using the carrier of your choice unless otherwise instructed.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs for unwanted, incorrect-size, or changed-mind returns.

  • NourCelle Store responsibility: Return costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except when the mistake is ours.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Your bank or provider may take additional time to process the refund.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products

  • Wrong size/color (if applicable and in stock)

If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.


8. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the regular return process applies.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

  3. Allow additional processing time.
